    When Dan said the product we were buying came with a 10 day 'peace of mind' guarantee it wasn't salesman talk. Unfortunately the product, which was faultless, did not turn out to suit our needs. Dan (supported by Store Manager, Simon) immediately processed a full refund when we returned the item to the store. Dan has offered to bring some other products to our home to demonstrate free of charge. We will certainly take up the offer.
